Recipe | Pomegranate Salad Dressing


INGREDIENTS:
6 Tbsp pomegranate juice
3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 small clove garlic, minced
¼ tsp sea salt, or to taste
Freshly ground pepper to taste

PREPARATION:

Combine all in a bowl and whisk. Will make enough for 2 salads.
